i don't realize how hard it is to change the eating habit until lately ...
especially when it comes to lunch treat from clients or friends ... aissshhhh ...
somebody pay for my food and i don't eat well ... hiks hiks hiks ... cruel
i am now thinking whether or not i am already going overboard with the health stuffs ~ but Health is important ~ hhmmm ~ let me put it this way ~ Our Health being is not just important but the main thing ...
so there i go with the Food Diet and Exercise ...
Exercise at least 3 to 4 hours intensive swimming and 2 hours intensive fitness or 2 hours walking -- that's the average exercise i do in one week ... which right now, i already get used to it and doesn't feel emotionally as it is a big hurdle anymore .
Basic rules that i try to follow :
White Flour is bad for you ~ instead pick WHEAT
White Rice is bad for you ~ instead eat Brown or Wild RICE (sorry, this one i particularly cannot change yet, although i already did decrease the consumption of white rice .. survival still!!)
Everything Grilled ~ Very Less Fried Food ..
Unsweetened Fruit Juice
Yes for Yoghurt ,
No for Ice Cream, Chocolate (ho ho ho, my heavenly food)
that's just short list , the list of course is getting longer if i want to do it very right, but i think doing the above is already quite enough to make me pusing of what to eat ..
so far, even though nobody is praising but i am quite proud of myself ,
because i can pretty much stick to the diet:

let's say if we go to a Coffee place (Starbucks or The Coffee Bean or JCo Coffee) :
usually i would order : ICE Blended Hazelnut or Cookies Cream or Iced Creamy Cappuccino but lately i choose ICed Coffee plain or Iced Coffee Latte unsweetened .
for the snack : Cakes esp Avocado Double Choc Cake or Quiche something used to be my favorite items for Coffee accompaniment but lately Wheat Muffin would be my choice
Ice Cream : well for now no for Haagen Daaz or Baskin Robins ,, and go to JCool or Heavenly Blush instead for the Frozen Yogurt with fresh fruit topping , no canned fruit topping ..
I am very crazy for bread , any kind of bread ... even though i lived in America for some years, the country where 'wheat is major bread we can find' , but eating wheat bread can never be a habit for me ... but this time, i am strict to eat wheat bread for the replacement of the more flavorful white bread ... And this is Really Hard ... Hard because the problem isn't just the Replacement of White to Wheat but what to spread along the wheat bread is also homework to think about .....
Eat the right breakfast,
Forget about my favourable Nasi Uduk , Nasi Kuning ...
Eat half portion of carb especially white rice with anything grilled or cah vegie ...
My favorite Tahu Goreng akhirnya sekarang harus berganti menu ke Tahu cah vegetable ...
Sea fish Grilled (ikan laut bakar) twice a week ...

Vegetable Soup with chicken broth becomes another almost regular lunch menu ...
So, Yes, a Whole Life Time Eating Habit (i say 40 years habit can be categorized as Lifetime habit, right) cannot be changed in just one or two months, and it does need Some Extra Commitment to Change them into a Better Healthy Eating Habit ... Survival .. Penuh Perjuangan ...
btw,,, why wheat never taste good for my tongue ...
